Terms and Conditions – Hamilton Island Holiday Conditions of Entry
- The promoter.
The promoter is Tindo Operations Pty Ltd. ABN 97 617 291 924. Head Office location 6-8 Parkway, Mawson Lakes 5095. - Promotional period.
The promotion commences on 01/11/2023 at 08:00 ACDT and concludes on 20/12/2023 at 16:00 ACDT - Eligible entrants
Entry is only open to all wholesale customers of Tindo Operations Pty Ltd located in Queensland (QLD), New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), Tasmania (TAS), South Australia (SA), Western Australia (WA) and the Northern Territory (NT). Businesses located in the Australian Capital Territory are not eligible to enter. - How to enter
To enter the promotion, the entrant must purchase a quantity of solar panels from the promoter, Tindo Operations Pty Ltd. 3 x pallets of panels (25 panels per pallet) will equal one entry into the promotion. Multiple entries are allowed. i.e. purchase 9 x pallets and receive 3 entries into the promotion. - Entries permitted
There is no limit on the number of entries into the promotion. Tindo Operations Pty Ltd will track your entries during the promotional period and advise you of your entries into the competition 12 hours prior to the end of the promotion. Entrants can access the real-time number of accumulated entries at any time throughout the course of the competition by contacting the promoter. - Prize description
The prize consists of flights and accommodation to the value of $5000 for up to 4 people on Hamilton Island from the winner’s home state.The prize will be drawn at the Head office of the promoter on December 20th 2023 at 16.30 ACDT The prize must be taken within 12 months of the draw. - Further Terms and Conditions
Winners will be drawn at random and notified by email on the 20/12/2023. The prize is not transferable or redeemable as cash or other items. Winners will be published on the promoters social media and further marketed at the discretion of the promoter.
